A gentle, modified Yoga practice for those living with mild to moderate arthritis and related conditions.
Suitable for all levels
Regular Yoga practice 2 or 3 times a week can improve your Arthritis symptoms, reduce the need for medication, and improve pain and your physical and cognitive function.
