Feeling connected to ourselves is fundamental to maintaining a balanced emotional state. However, keeping that connection is not always easy. Whether it´s because we are uncomfortable with what invades our thoughts or perhaps because we need to escape from our surroundings, disconnecting is something that happens very easily.

During this workshop, we´ll learn more about our thoughts, how to reconcile with them and how to connect with ourselves through yoga.
