Vinyasa flow is an evolving form of traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath, movement, awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility. Originating within the yogic teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya it is likened to a dynamic dance. Asanas are connected through breath for a transformative and balancing effect.
Suitable for most levels. Adjustments and options will be given so students of all levels can chose their own challenge as well as relaxation.
All my classes start with a short meditation to arrive in place and prepare the mind for the practice. Follow up with the main core of the practice which intensity can vary, yet I always try to make them quite dynamic. Finally, the class will end with sweet Savasana, final relaxation.
