Understanding my anxiety: workshop about anxiety, yoga and mindfulness”.
During the workshop we will talk about what anxiety is, where it comes from and why it happens, and learn how to use tools such as yoga and mindfulness to manage it.
The workshop includes a yoga practice (for all levels) and a meditation practice.
This workshop will last two hours (with a short break before the practice) and will be in Spanish.
Workshop fee is £30, first 5 people to book a place get a 15% discount.
