This 8 week course will teach you practical meditation and mindfulness techniques to increase your overall wellbeing and to help you tackle stress, anxiety and pain.

Perfect for beginners to meditation or those wishing to recommit to a regular practice within a supportive group environment.

The cost of the course is £80, with a concessionary rate of £50 available to those on a limited income.
