Inner Alchemy Day Retreat – Awakening to Radiance
January is the month for rest, dreaming, and suspending time. A time to invite in the nourishing depth of winter to nurture ourselves and our future dreams in the peaceful darkness, but equally a time to compost what no longer serves us and create a fertile environment for our dreams to blossom!
As we slowly head back towards the light, join me for a day retreat to slowly start to unfurl from our winter cocoons and begin composting what no longer serves us and calling in our greatest dreams for the year ahead.
The Inner Alchemy Day Retreat will be focussed on opening your heart up to more of which your heart yearns for… more fun, joy, adventure, excitement, love and anything else your heart desires!
The day’s journey will begin with Rebirthing Breathwork to create a clean slate and release outdated mental templates that we carry. We will then spend time considering what we would like to call in this year, followed by a Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony and Shamanic Reiki Drum Sound Journey to embed your dreams and seeds for the year ahead.
What to Expect:
Rebirthing Breathwork: Breathwork is a powerful modality to create a deeper connection to your body’s own natural healing power and offers you a reset button for your nervous system, creating safety to release old stories and limiting beliefs, allowing you to come back into your heart and into a renewed version of yourself.
Lunch: Light Lunch in the Café at Santosa
Affirmations – With the support of Oracle Cards, we wills spend time creating an affirmation for the Cacao Ceremony and Reiki Drumming Sound Journey. Affirmations are powerful words that support us in changing our thoughts and our belief, so we can live the life we want to live.
Cacao Ceremony: Together we will drink Ceremonial cacao together, allowing our intentions to infuse with the loving heart opening energy of Cacao and open our hearts to the transformation we wish to create.
Shamanic Reiki Drum: We will continue the journey deeper into our hearts whilst the sound of the drum takes us into a space of deep relaxation and recalibration to receive our intentions.
Afternoon Tea: Enjoy community Tea and Cake in the Café at Santosa (this is not included in the retreat exchange)

Your Facilitator:
Fionn is a Trauma Alchemist and Shamanic Priestess, with over 15 years of experience in energy work and her intention is to support deep personal transformation so that we can reclaim our most aligned selves through various Shamanic and somatic practices. Fionn is a certified Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and her own experience with Breathwork has been life-changing and feels inspired to share the wisdom of the medicine we hold within ourselves. The power of our breath. She is also a Certified Cacao Practitioner and holds this powerful medicine in deep reverence and feels called to weave her heart opening magic into her ceremonies.
