Gentle Hatha Yoga
Fridays | 12 – 1 pm
You are invited to a gentle Hatha yoga class, where we will move mindfully through pranayama (breathing exercises) and asana (postures), weaving in darshana (yogic philosophy), mantra (chanting), poetry, and a soothing savasana (deep relaxation) at the end.
Hazel encourages you to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit in a safe and inclusive environment, guiding you to accept whatever arises within you.
