…and so, we’ll meet for an afternoon of self-care, to deeply rejuvenate and restore our bodies and minds.

Through the process of embodied movement, restorative yoga and sound bathing, we will gently bring back the balance of our physical, emotional and energetic bodies. This will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and rejuvenated.

This workshop is a safe space to connect with ourselves and others and there will be ample space for sharing and chats – if you wish. It’s suitable for total beginners and we will try to accommodate all abilities.

Practical tips:

  • Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided but you might want to bring extra cushions and blankets for your comfort
  • Wear comfortable loose fitting and warm clothes. Do not shy away from a hot water bottle and thick socks. Any movement we’ll do will be gentle and you will be in resting resting poses for most of the time
  • Do have a light snack and water with you

A bout the facilitator:

Aleks is an experienced facilitator, certified sound therapist, meditation teacher and wellbeing educator. For the last 4 years they been holding spaces for people to connect with something deeper within themselves and engage more fully with the world around. They are currently pursuing a PHD in Psychology and Computer science and training to become an eco-therapy facilitator.
