Helen is a Yoga Scotland-accredited teacher living in Edinburgh. Inspired by many guides over 4 decades of practice, Helen’s classes are rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition that harnesses the breath, physical movement and focused attention to cultivate inner and outer flexibility and balance; strength with ease; self-acceptance and calm mind. Helen teaches a flexible approach – encouraging self-exploration starting from wherever we are today in body and mind, the yoga journey is for everyone.
