Saturday Morning Yoga and Meditation

Join us for a great start to your weekend!
The class will guide you through yoga poses giving flexibility, strength, and rest to the body; breathing exercises working with your energy; deep relaxation which is exactly what it sounds like; and we will round off with a meditation which will release you to the world with a different perspective than you had before the class.
Beginners are welcome and the class will also offer a lot for experienced practitioners.
£30 for the morning.
You can also book a delicious vegan meal from the Santosa Cafe which will be ready for you when the class is over.
