Channelled sessions bring clarity, comfort, and insight from your Soul and your Spirit
Guides. Each includes a meditation or attunement and space to explore what’s most alive
for you now with love, presence, and guidance from beyond the veil.
Each session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation, attunement, or healing to
gently open and align your energy. This is followed by 60 minutes of dedicated space for
you to ask any questions you may have and receive channeled guidance tailored to your
journey.

A powerful 90-minute session that combines deep energy healing with channeled
guidance. Ideal if you’re working through a specific issue and are ready for insight,

For those ready to go deeper, Izza offers 3, 6, or 12-month mentoring programmes
designed to support your healing, empowerment, and transformation at a soul level. This
is an immersive journey where you’ll explore patterns, connect to your inner wisdom, receive

Mentoring offers a grounded and intuitive space to support your healing, growth, and
soul alignment. We work together over time to help you move through challenges, embody
your truth, and live in a deeper connection with who you really are.
