Self-compassion Meditation

4th May from 2 – 3 pm

A self-nurturing hour starting with self-compassion guided meditation leading on to a sound healing all lying down with blankets. Using shamanic drum, koshi chimes, rattle, rain sticks and wave drum. Self-compassion has been proven to increase well-being and happiness and sound healing re-regulates the nervous and can help shift trauma without re-traumatising.
