Yoga with Poppy

Tuesdays, 11 – 12.15 pm

Inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, an Italian yoga teacher who pioneered the idea of effortless yoga. The class focuses on developing core strength, releasing tension and creating length in the spine.
Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the class is adapted according to the students.
