Yoga in Daily Life® Introductory Course

Thursdays | 6.30 – 8.30 pm

This 8-week course is suitable for absolute beginners to yoga and meditation, anyone who wants to develop a firm foundation to existing practice, or anyone new to the system of Yoga in Daily Life®.

Each class includes: relaxation, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, and a different theme of discussion and application each week focusing on practical yoga principles relevant to living a healthy life; with printed note sheets to take home.

£100 | £80 concession

Or FREE with YIDL class membership: £50 | £40 conc. per month – includes unlimited YIDL drop-in classes and YIDL courses; by bank standing order only; minimum 12-month commitment; contact Ganga for this option.

*Concession rates are available for those who feel in genuine need of a concessionary rate due to financial/employment circumstances – and as we don’t want money to come in the way of healthy living, please speak with the teacher if you need a further discounted rate.

Advanced bookings is essential – maximum capacity is 6 people. If it’s your first ever YIDL course/class, please arrive 15 minutes early to the first session to complete registration and a health questionnaire.
