Pranayama & Meditation with Ganga

Wednesdays | 6 – 7 pm

A mid-week meditation class exploring ancient yoga principles and techniques to develop greater self-awareness, inner peace and happiness in your daily life. Beginning with pranayama breath exercises, we will then practise simple techniques of sitting and observing the mind, according to the Yoga in Daily Life® system of Self-Inquiry Meditation; and learn ways to establish a regular meditation practice at home. No prior experience necessary, all are welcome.

RATES of EXCHANGE

  • First class: £5
  • Drop-in: £10 | £8 concession*
  • 6 classes: £50 | £40 conc. – valid for any Yoga in Daily Life® (YIDL) classes in Edinburgh or Glasgow; expires 3 months from first use.

YIDL class membership: £50 | £40 conc. per month – includes unlimited YIDL drop-in classes and YIDL courses; by bank standing order only; minimum 12-month commitment; contact Ganga for this option.

*Concession rates are available for those who feel in genuine need of a concessionary rate due to financial/employment circumstances – and as we don’t want money to come in the way of healthy living, please speak with the teacher if you need a further discounted rate.

No bookings are required – maximum capacity is 10 people, so arrive in good time to be sure of a place. If it’s your first YIDL class, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and a health questionnaire.
