Mindfulness Meditation with Wild Geese Sangha
Every Monday | 7 – 8.30 pm
Join the Wild Geese Sangha, who follow the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh, a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist Master. The UK Community of Interbeing offers meditation classes and retreats across the UK where people come together to share mindfulness practice.
Every Monday evening the Edinburgh Wild Geese Sangha meet at Santosa from 6.45 pm for a 7 pm start. The evening normally finishes at 8.30 pm and usually includes guided sitting meditation, walking meditation and silent sitting. All are welcome – open to people of different faiths and none. Please join us at one of our regular meetings.
