LGBTQ Yoga | Saturday, 6 – 7.30 pm monthly
Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners, this monthly group provides a supportive space to explore the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga practice.
Experienced Edinburgh Community Yoga teacher, Amy Hughes will lead a variety of yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditations, helping us to experience greater flexibility, strength and comfort in our bodies, whilst also ‘switching off’ to bring deep relaxation which often leaves the mind quieter
