Forrest Yoga is coming to Santosa!

Forrest Yoga with Jane MannJane is super excited to be bringing Forrest Yoga to Santosa in February 2019. To get things started we are holding an Intro to Forrest class followed by a cuppa and Q&A with Jane – all for just a fiver!

Forrest Yoga, created by Ana Forrest, is based on the Hatha yoga system, then tailored to specifically address the physical and emotional issues we face today. In this one hour class we will explore Forrest Yoga poses that help to ease common ailments such as low back pain, tight hips and tension in the neck and shoulders.

We will also learn to breath beyond our habitual patterns, getting breath into parts of the body holding pain and tension, helping those areas to activate and heal.

This class is suitable for those completely new to yoga and to those with a practice already and are keen to know what Forrest Yoga is all about.
